She attended Utica School and married Thomas Lloyd Kelsey, Sr. at Durant, OK. He preceded her in death on December 29, 1999. Shirley was a housewife and homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith. Shirley enjoyed playing games on her phone, playing the Wii, watching movies, especially vampire movies, and loved taking care of her children and grandchildren.
