Hazel Juanita Green Kelly, 87, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020 in the Elk Crossing and Rehabilitation.

Graveside services were 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Coalgate Cemetery at Coalgate, Oklahoma. Hazel was born January 22, 1933 in Coalgate, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Lela Wayne and Elva Mae (Quinton) Green. She graduated from the Coalgate High School in Coalgate, Oklahoma. Hazel and Kenneth Ray Kelly were married January 21, 1951 in Coalgate, Oklahoma. Kenneth died on June 7, 2004. Hazel worked for the Coalgate Newspaper, Stephens County Rural Water Dept. for 20 years, owned and operated the Velma Flower Shop for 15 years. She enjoyed painting, reading, working in the garden, doing genealogy, sewing, crocheting and was a longtime member of Velma Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Michael Kelly, and infant grandson, Joel Ray Kelly.

Survivors include her sons Kenneth Wayne and Carol Kelly of Enos, Oklahoma; Jerry Don and Karen Kelly of Duncan, Oklahoma; and Tony and Darla Kelly of Pruitt City, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
