Larry Wayne Melott

Larry Wayne Melott passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by family at home on October 1, 2020 in Phillips, Oklahoma at the age of 61. He was born on November 11, 1959 in Wynnewood OK to Sidney and Barbara Melott. He attended Coalgate school.

Larry loved to spend time with family and friends. He never met a stranger and would help anyone he could. He also loved to fish, travel, and do anything outdoors. His favorite place to be was the backside of Atoka Lake. Larry was led to the Lord by Louis Reynold.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Williams of Phillips; three brothers Stacey Williams and wife Carey, and Scott Williams of Phillips, and Dale Melott of Missouri; one sister, Vicki Traylor and husband Doyle of Coalgate; one son, Justin Isabelle; two daughters, Brandie Melott and Stephanie Isabelle; the mother of his children, Carla Isabelle; several nieces, nephews, and dear friends, Thomas, Brenda, Cathey, Julie and Lori.

He is preceded in death by his father, Sidney Melott; stepfather, Clyde T. Williams; daughter, Zanola Isabelle and sister, Janette Morgan.

A memorial service will be held by his family. The time and date will be posted. There will be a potluck after the service.
