KALLIE CHAPMAN, Coalgate, was inducted into the 2020-2021 Coal County 4-H Hall of Fame at the October 16 awards program. Kallie is holding her Hall of Fame portrait, which will hang in the OSU Extension office for one year. With her are her parents, Karla and Allen Chapman.

Coal County 4-H Club celebrated National 4-H Month by conducting their annual awards program on Friday, October 16, at the Coal County Extension conference room. Medals and awards were presented to 4-H members who had submitted record books and special awards for 4-H participation. Along with medals and awards, scholarships totaling $3,000 were awarded to 4-H members in Coal County. Guest speaker for the program was Keona Mason, the SE District Representative on the state council, State 4-H Ambassador and the Johnston County 4-H President.
