On October 13 at approximately 2:10 p.m., Chief Destin Wilkerson conducted a traffic stop for speeding on a 2019 Ford Escape that was traveling north on S.H. 48 vehicle. When speaking to the driver, identified as Nayelli A. Magana Morales, 28, of Idabel, Chief Wilkerson detected an odor commonly associated with burnt marijuana.
