OSU Educators to conduct basic cooking school

The holidays are fast approaching, and family gatherings will be taking place. How would you like to say you were able to prepare and cook the whole Thanksgiving dinner? That can easily happen. The OSU Cooperative Extension Service will be conducting a basic cooking school at the OSU Extension Service office beginning on Thursday, September 30 through November 11 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. These classes will be taught each week for seven weeks. The classes are not for the advanced cook, but for those who feel they are lacking in basic cooking skills.
