Chay Homer Barnett is the son of Brandy and Shad Barnett and the grandson of Don Battles of Coalgate, Kathy Battles of Holdenville, and Paula Powell of Lehigh. He has three siblings: Chet, Chellye, and Chap Barnett, all of Coalgate. Chay is a member of the Wildcat football and track teams and was a state qualifier in 300-meter hurdles his sophomore year and qualified his junior year in the 4x2 800-meter relay, hurdles and pole vault. His hobbies include watching football with Tate and Tristin. His plans for the future are to become a conductor and start the Chay Train travel industrial boom in Coal County. Chay is escorted by his parents, Brandy and Shad Barnett.
