Services for Loyed Wayne Lambert, a Coalgate, OK resident, will be held Saturday, June 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown’s Funeral Chapel in Coalgate with Wayne Lambert officiating. Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Lambert as born October 25, 1936 to Ottie and Eva (Cole) Lambert at Stratford, OK and passed away May 20, 2023 at Sachse, TX at the age of 86 years, 6 months and 25 days He worked for Hanson Concrete doing field services and was also a saddle maker. Loyed loved the outdoors, riding his fourwheeler, and watching his westerns. He enjoyed hanging out with friends at Nanna’s diner.

Survivors include son, Wayne Lambert and wife Dorothy of Red Oak, TX; daughters, Tracy Mercer and husband Mike of Sachse, TX and Shannon Lambert; granddaughter, Alyssa Martinez and husband Eric of Mesquite, TX; grandsons, Bobby Beers of Arlington, TX and Garrett Lambert of Red Oak, TX; greatgrandchildren, Nick Martinez, Emma Martinez, Sophie Martinez of Mesquite, TX. He was preceded in death by his father, Ottie Lambert; mother, Eva (Cole) Hopkeimer; brother, Billy Lambert and sister, Virgie Cotton.
