Donna Lou Beller

Funeral services for Donna Lou (Cox) Beller, a Coalgate resident, were held Sunday, June 26, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Brown’s Funeral Chapel in Coalgate with Josh Beller officiating. Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate was in charge of arrangments.

Mrs. Beller was born July 20, 1939, to Eddie Don and Irma Louise (Magness) Cox in Coal County, OK and passed away June 21, 2022, at Tulsa, OK at the age of 82 years, 11 months and 1 day.

She graduated from Coalgate High School in 1957 and attended Northeastern State College. Donna was a school secretary, owned her own business, worked for a prison and an attorney’s office, and had a wide range of hobbies. She married Jerry Wendell Beller February 11, 1960, at Coalgate. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Morgan and husband Jonathan Powdrill of Sapulpa, OK; grandchildren, Joshua Beller and wife Jamie of Fulshear, TX, Zacary Morgan of Muskogee, OK, Dustyn Morgan and husband Mitchell Bond of Tulsa, OK, Courtney Scott and husband Sonny of Atoka, OK, Jerry Beller and finace’ Ericka Crow of Stringtown, OK; daughter-in-law, Kim Beller of Coalgate; sisters, Alice Culhane of Dallas, TX, Sue Swindell and Gayle Pothoff, both of Denison, TX; brother, Jim Cox and wife Elaine of Coalgate; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Wendell Beller; parents, Eddie Don and Irma Louise (Magness) Cox and son, Keith Beller.
