Service Thursday for Raymond Eugene Miller

Funeral services for Raymond Eugene Miller, a Coalgate resident, will be held June 25, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at the Edwin Miller residence in Coalgate, OK with Bishop Edward Schrock officiating. Burial will be in Clarita Amish Cemetery with Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Miller was born March 16, 1942 to Noah N. and Lovina (Yoder) Miller at Holmes County, OH and passed away June 22, 2020 at Denison, TX at the age of 78. He married Elsie Hostetler on October 31, 1963. Mr. Miller was a minister of the Old Order Amish Church.

He is survived by his wife, Elsie Hostetler Miller; four sons, Robert (Esther) Miller of Townsend, Montana, Edwin (Esther) Miller, John Henry (Anna Marie) Miller and Reuben (Nancy) Miller all of Coalgate; four daughters, Susan (Robert) Raber of Fairland, OK, Lovina (Levi) Troyer of Coalgate, OK, Mary (Marlin) Beachy of Dunde, OH and LuCinda (Herman Joe) Stutzman of Lewistown Montana; 50 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; his sister, Mabel Miller; his brother, Norman (Ada) Miller; sister-in-law, Mary Miller and brother-in-law, Syl Beachy all of Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a stillborn son, Willis; two grandchildren, Junior and Elsie Troyer; three sisters, Emma Raber, Elizabeth Troyer, Alma Beachy; one brother, Henry Miller and two brothers-in-law, Emmanuel Miller and Ben Raber.

Casketbearers will be Vernon Miller, Edwin Miller, Marlin Raber, Michael Troyer, Raymond Miller and Christopher Miller.
