Our Sympathies extended to the families of...Miron Paul LeFlore
Miron Paul LeFlore was born on November 10, 1958 in Dallas, TX to Abel Paul LeFlore and Rebakah LeFlore. The family made their home in Coalgate, OK and later moved to Dallas, TX where Abel worked for Dallas Parks Department, then relocated to California where the family resided in Bell Gardens, Watts and Compton areas. They eventually moved back to Coalgate, OK.
Miron graduated from Olney High School in 1977 where he was a basketball and baseball athlete and won All State in 1977. After high school Miron married Barbara Jean Stilwell in Coalgate. They welcomed two new members to their family, Salena Marie LeFlore and Gabriel Paul LeFlore. Miron worked in the oilfield industry for many years. He engaged in many other work ventures that lead him to different areas of the country. Miron achieved a certification for journeyman license in carpentry and electrician while living in Tahlequah, OK.
He later moved to Alabama and achieved an apprenticeship in masonry where he worked to help rebuild after a hurricane on the Alabama and Louisiana coast. Miron enjoyed and maintained his hobbies of fishing and hunting in the great outdoors wherever his job led him.
Although living in different parts of the country, Miron made his way back to reside in his hometown of Coalgate where he died. A special “thank you” to all those who gave their time in deeds and friendship as their Labor of Love. It did not go unnoticed.
Miron was preceded in death by his parents, Abel and Rebakah LeFlore; brother, Glen LeFlore; sisters, Margie Gibson and Lena Frazier; and nephew Douglas Glen Cole.
