Billy Wayne Grant

A memorial service for Billy Wayne Grant, a Coalgate resident, will be held Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Coalgate VFW. Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Grant was born July 14, 1992 to Michael Wayne and Linda Sue (Davis) Grant at Ada, OK and passed away December 2, 2022 at Coalgate, OK at the age of 30 years, 4 months and 18 days. He graduated from Coalgate High School Class of 2010 and attended Kiamichi Vo-Tech in Atoka., OK. Billy was a homemaker and had plans to marry Amanda Stevens this coming summer. He loved wrestling, football and playing his PS4. Survivors include his mother, Linda Sue (Davis) Grant of Coalgate; wife, Amanda Stevens of Coalgate; sisters, Melinda Musick and husband Justin of Durant, OK and Casey Cook and husband Chris of Ada, OK; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many dearly loved friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Wayne Grant; grandparents; and favorite uncle, Donald Rutledge.
