Agnes “Colleen” Sain

Funeral services for Agnes “Colleen” Sain, a Lehigh resident, will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2025 (today), at 2:00 p.m. at Lehigh Baptist Church with Bro. Richard Magby officiating. Burial will be in Lehigh Cemetery with Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Sain was born April 25, 1939 to Frances Edward and Pauline (Polk) Kuhn at Lehigh, OK and passed away March 14, 2025 at Coalgate, OK at the age of 85 years, 10 months and 17 days. She graduated from Coalgate High School and worked at Big Five in Coalgate and was a homemaker. Colleen married Donald Sain May 10, 1958 at Lehigh, OK. She was the longest living member of Lehigh Baptist Church. She had been affiliated with Lehigh Baptist Church for over 75 years. Colleen enjoyed napping, shoe shopping, playing cards and watching her grandson.

Survivors include her son, Don Sain and wife Rhonda of Bentley, OK; grandson, Dillon Sain and wife Rachael of Shawnee, OK; great-granddaughter, Olive Janeen Sain; greatgrandson, Arthur Jude Sain; sister, Francine York of Dallas, TX; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and many other dearly loved friends and family; close friends for 50 and 60 years, Paula Carney of Coalgate, Gertie Seprish of SC and special caregiver Marsha Jones of Shawnee, OK. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Sain; parents, Frances Edward and Pauline (Polk) Kuhn and sister, Paula Talley.

Casketbearers will be David Milam, Shelby Milam, Bill Lowe, Billy Lowe and Buck Wilson. Serving as honorary casketbearers will be Paula Carney, Shelly Fomby, Michael Talley, Shane Talley, Jerry Jones and Bryan Keith Palmer.
